The 1300-litre Polar U-series gastronorm negative cabinet is one of the largest capacities on offer, offering the performance and reliability expected of a professional negative cabinet. With a useful net capacity of 934 litres, it offers the option of storing ingredients on the six sturdy adjustable shelves. You can also replace the shelves with GN 2/1 containers for greater storage flexibility. Cooling is provided by a forced-air system that efficiently distributes cold air evenly throughout the interior, ensuring reliable cooling for maximum frozen food hygiene. Temperature control is also easy, thanks to the intuitive digital control panel that displays the temperature inside the cabinet at all times.
