PRODUCT INFORMATION

  • Digital electronic microprocessor (in closed box, 100% IP65 waterproof) programmable at will (with all HACCP functions), front panel display
  • Choice of 4 cycles: "Soft Chill" or "Soft Freeze" for delicate products, "Hard-Chill" or "Hard-Freeze" for large items, timer control with buzzer at end of cycle (or) core probe control, hold function at end of cycle and alarm device (acoustic & visual)
  • Deep-drawn inner bottom, rounded corners and edges (no rough edges), with drain plug (high maintenance)
  • Double slide-outs (allowing grids and GN trays to be used at the same time!)
  • Door with ergonomic (non-protruding), reversible handle (predisposed for key lock), closure ensured by magnetic "pressure" seal (easy replacement, no tools required), hinges with 100° stop and door closure with automatic return, counter-door fitted with heating resistor, preventing the formation of frost (Freeze function)
  • Door microswitch to stop the evaporator fan when the door is opened
  • Class 4 compressor unit (30°C temperature & 55% humidity), built into the cabinet (accessible from the front), ventilated condenser, IP45 fan motor
  • Ventilated evaporator (oversized), treated against salt and food acids, completely hidden (not visible), IP45 fan motor
  • R455a refrigerant
  • Manual or automatic defrost (start of cycle)
  • One-piece structure in stainless steel (food grade), interior (AISI 304) and exterior (AISI 304-441)
  • Injected polyurethane insulation (CFC-free)
