PRODUCT INFORMATION

Cooking capacity 15 to 20 kg, 400 mm spit.
Construction: entirely in stainless steel.
Flexibility: individually adjustable heating zones to adapt cooking to height. Heating zone slides on 4 ball bearings to adapt to the diameter of the "carrot".
Use: easy spit installation thanks to a simple mechanical device.
Reliability: the spit support is completely sealed, protecting the motor from any ingress of grease or meat juices. Mounted on ball bearings, it cannot support the weight of the meat or the jerks of the user, and is therefore protected from any twisting.
Easy maintenance: deep-drawn drip tray with perforated grid and removable drip tray.
Heated by "incoloy" treated stainless steel armoured resistors, with refractory stone to store heat. Regulated by switches.
Supplied with: 1 complete spindle (disc and pin).
Optional: stainless steel flap (BV-K).
