PRODUCT INFORMATION

- 2 chambers: 700x700x150 mm, 4 pizzas diam. 350mm.

- 2 stackable ovens (4+4 & 4+4).

- Oura" for steam evacuation.

- RUSTIC" front aesthetics, made of high-temperature painted steel, frame in lacquered sheet metal.

- Thick rock wool insulation. Chamber with stainless steel top arch to prevent heat escaping when the door is opened. The chamber is made of galvanised steel, and the floor is made of a "special" refractory material.

- Door with "securit" glass porthole, athermic handle.

- High T° 500°C" interior lighting.

- Heating by shielded electric resistors positioned below the hearth and on the vault of the chamber, regulated by thermostat (50 to 450°C), analogue thermometer (except E3F/24R) and safety thermostat as standard.

- Built to comply with current CE standards.
