  • Monocoque design
  • Worktop in 30 mm thick granite (Porinho white) (food-grade treated), with "hazed" edges, rounded front edge and rear and side splashbacks (150 mm) also in granite.
  • Interior in AISI 304 stainless steel (food grade), exterior in AISI 441 (rear also in AISI 441 stainless steel).
  • Deep-drawn inner base, rounded corners and edges.
  • Stainless steel "L" racks and runners.
  • Doors (EURONORM) with ergonomic (non-protruding), reversible handle (no kit required), magnetic "pressure" seal (easy to replace without tools), hinges with 100° stop and automatic door closure.
  • Neutral "dough pieces" drawers that can be pulled out of the cabinet for easy maintenance.
  • Electronic regulator (in sealed box), control screen on front panel with blue LED.
