PRODUCT INFORMATION

Cooking surface: 400x400 mm.
Griddle (thickness 10 mm), in food-safe enamel (NF 12983-1), with high heat conduction value, perfectly even cooking with no heat loss around the edges thanks to the "Incoloy" resistors for the electric versions and the star burners for the gas versions, rapid temperature rise, up to 300°C.
Easy to clean, thanks to a front-mounted drip tray and a 100% smooth hob surface.
Stainless steel construction and reinforced insulation.
Gas version: 6 to 8 star burners, control valve(s) with idle position, fitted with safety thermocouples and piezoelectric ignition.
Adjustable jack(s).
