PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Included: 20 pairs of slides (600x800 mm).
- 4 adjustable stainless steel feet.
- Refrigerant Gas R290.
- Interior and exterior made of food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel (galvanized steel back), monocoque chassis.
- Stainless steel racks and slides, allowing for adjustable positioning of trays, stamped interior bottom, rounded angles and corners (without rough edges).
- Doors with ergonomic (non-protruding) and reversible handles, closure ensured by "triple chamber" and magnetic seals (easy replacement without tools), hinges with a 100° stop, closure with automatic recall.
- Micro switch device that stops the evaporator fan when the door is opened.
- Standard with key lock.
- Top panel for compressor unit access, on hinges, easy to inspect.
- Tropicalized compressor unit (ambient temperature +43°C), ventilated condenser.
- Ventilated (oversized) evaporator, treated against salt and food acids "coating", completely concealed (not visible).
- Digital electronic microprocessor (in a closed, 100% watertight box), with HACCP functions, control screen on the front with blue LED.
- Internal lighting, with switch.
- Automatic defrost of the evaporator (hot gas), number of factory-programmed defrosts (modifiable as desired).
- Automatic condensate evaporation (hot gas).
- CFC-free polyurethane insulation (75 mm = super insulated).
