Forced air circulation ensures constant and even optimum food preservation temperatures, even when ambient temperatures reach 43°C. The cabinet efficiently stores up to 404 litres of frozen ingredients on the three adjustable anti-tilt shelves. For added efficiency, the cabinet features a self-closing door (from 90°) and high-quality 70 mm all-round insulation, both of which help to reduce running costs. For further energy savings, the cabinet also features a semi-automatic defrost function with a time interval to ensure easy maintenance and efficient operation.
